1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "sis6s," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the sis6s platform, operating under an international online gaming license.
• "Platform" means the sis6s website accessible at sis6s.vu, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, sports betting interfaces, payment pages, and account management areas.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the sis6s Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the sis6s Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a User's sis6s Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a User's Account under the terms of a specific sis6s promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedures sis6s conducts to comply with its licensing obligations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the sis6s Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and sis6s. By accessing or using any part of the sis6s Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by doing so you accept these Terms on their behalf.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an Account and use the sis6s Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The sis6s Platform is strictly restricted to adults. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by sis6s or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be acting as a nominee or agent for a third party when depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.
• You must not have had a previous sis6s Account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

sis6s reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified age may be withheld pending satisfactory verification.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one (1) registered Account with sis6s. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep this information up to date. sis6s may reject or revoke registration if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. You are responsible for notifying sis6s promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting the support team.

4.3 Account Currency

All sis6s Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sis6s does not apply a currency conversion markup. The PKR account balance displayed in your dashboard represents your actual real-money balance available for wagering and withdrawal.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

sis6s is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all account holders. KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal request. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of address dated within the last three months. sis6s may also request proof of payment method ownership.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sis6s login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. sis6s staff will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

You must notify sis6s immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. sis6s will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this Section.

6 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sis6s currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed on the Cashier page.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your sis6s Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to banking system processing times.
• sis6s charges no fee on deposits. Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are outside sis6s's control and are your responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers.
• sis6s reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Unverified accounts may experience delays.
• sis6s reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if fraud, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

6.4 Prohibited Payment Sources

You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are legally in your name. You must not use a third party's JazzCash account, bank account, or card to fund your sis6s Account. Deposits from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to you will be reversed and the associated Account suspended.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The specific rules governing each game type — including cricket betting markets, live casino table rules, slot game mechanics, and poker hand rankings — are published within the relevant game or sports section of the sis6s Platform. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and are binding on all users.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on sis6s are subject to acceptance by sis6s. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet confirmation from the Platform. sis6s reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on a market that was offered in error.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and account status. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game or sports lobby. sis6s reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected advantage play.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a game or betting session, sis6s reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to your Account balance. sis6s will not honour payouts arising from a game round that was materially affected by a technical error.

8 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

sis6s offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your Account balance.
• sis6s reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses are credited to your Account in PKR. If a bonus is expressed as a percentage of your deposit, the calculation is based on the PKR amount deposited.
• Collusion, match betting, abuse of promotional offers, or any strategy that sis6s determines constitutes exploitation of its bonus program will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sis6s Platform. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or allowing an underage person to use your Account.
• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Initiating chargebacks with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving corresponding gaming value on the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other criminal activity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sis6s Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, software, data compilations, and audio-visual materials — is the property of sis6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the sis6s Platform without prior written authorisation from sis6s.

11 Responsible Gaming

sis6s is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem. The following tools are available to all sis6s Account holders at no charge, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure timed alerts that notify you of how long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. sis6s will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new Account during the exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sis6s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, interruption of service, or any third-party conduct.

sis6s's total liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your sis6s Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sis6s makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

sis6s collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.
• sis6s uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
• sis6s does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to sis6s's legal retention obligations.

14 Account Closure & Termination

14.1 Closure by You

You may request closure of your sis6s Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before your Account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.

14.2 Closure by sis6s

sis6s reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A requirement to do so by any regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months, subject to applicable abandoned funds regulations.

Where an Account is closed due to proven breach of these Terms, sis6s reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is for administrative or regulatory reasons not involving misconduct by you, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to you following satisfactory KYC verification.

15 Amendments to These Terms

sis6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sis6s will provide reasonable notice via a notification displayed on the Platform or by email to your registered address. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the sis6s Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of sis6s's international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally between you and sis6s shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures established by sis6s's licensing authority.

Before escalating any dispute to a formal resolution process, you must contact the sis6s customer support team and allow a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) days — for sis6s to investigate and respond to your complaint. sis6s will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
